I’m a product designer based in Atlanta, GA with 8+ years of experience creating end-to-end UX/UI solutions for software products. I’m passionate about using design to improve people’s lives and love staying curious—whether it’s through workshops, reading, or experimenting with new ideas in side projects and on the job. As a big-picture thinker, I thrive on working through the full product journey—from early ideation to final development—making sure every decision ties back to real user needs. CGS Administrators, LLC is a variety of services for over 28 million Medicare beneficiaries and 105,000 health care professionals across 38 states. Acting as a Medicare Administrative Contractor (MAC) for the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). They handle claims processing, appeals, member services, and more for Medicare beneficiaries and healthcare providers.
